The Parker 690P/0450/400/0010/UK/0/0/0/0/B0/0/0 is a 3 phase, 45kW, 380-480VAC AC inverter drive from the Parker 690+ series of drives.
Although discontinued by the manufacturer, AFi systems are able to both supply and repair this drive and also other drives from within the 690+ range.
