Lenze EVS9322-ES 0.75kW 2.5A 9300 Servo Drive

Part of the 9300 Servo range by Lenze, the EVS9322-ES is a servo controller with a Three Phase 380...480V AC supply and 0.75kW, 1HP, 2.5A output. With years of experience working on Lenze products, AFi Systems are prepared to repair and supply the full line of 9300 Servo controllers.

General Information

Within a NEMA 1, IP20 rated frame, measuring 384mm high x 78mm wide x 250mm deep with a weight of 4kg.

Terminals include; 2x AI, (-10V...+10V, -20mA...+20mA), 2x AQ (-10V...+10V @ 2mA^max), 5x DI (8mA @ +24V; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^HIGH...+30V^HIGH), 4x DQ (50mA^max; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^LOW...+30V^LOW) and 1x PTC/KTY input.

Drive Application

The EVS9322-ES is a servo inverter, denoted by the "-ES" suffix, supporting the basic functions most often required in a servo drive.

It contains an electronic gearbox and can support multiple drives running in synchronous operation through digital frequency coupling. Adjustable gearbox factors can be used to achieve this synchronous operation with low fuss and high flexibility. Feedback systems such as SinCos encoders are used in place of a standard resolver solution to ensure utmost precision.

This drive is suitable for robotics, conveying and sorting, travelling drive, and shaper drive applications amongst others.

Any components subject to degradation over time such as fans and electrolytic capacitors will be replaced to ensure a greater lifespan for your servo drive.
