Lenze EVS9325-EK 5.5kW 13A 9300 Servo Inverter

Manufactured by Lenze and part of the 9300 Servo range, the EVS9325-EK is a servo drive with a 3ph 380...480VAC supply and 5.5kW, 7.5HP, 13A output. With years of experience working on Lenze products, AFi Systems are fully prepared to repair and supply the full line of 9300 Servo controllers.

General Information

Within a NEMA 1, IP20 rated enclosure, measuring 384mm x 135mm x 250mm (HxWxD) with a weight of 7.4kg.

Terminals include; 2x AI, (-10V...+10V, -20mA...+20mA), 2x AQ (-10V...+10V @ 2mA^max), 5x DI (8mA @ +24V; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^HIGH...+30V^HIGH), 2x DQ (50mA^max; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^LOW...+30V^LOW) and PTC/KTY input.

Drive Application

The EVS9325-EK is a servo cam, denoted by the "-EK" suffix, featuring a mechanical cam.

Modifying the product or introducing product variants can be a complex process with long set-up times. Up to eight different curve profiles can be stored in the servo cam, allowing the machine to switch between these curves during production without delay. Curve profiles can also be expanded/compressed or phase-shifted in online operation.

Several other additonal features have been integrated to support the servo cam's operation, including electronic camshift controllers and marker-controlled starting of curves. A function has been integrated specifically for the opening and closing of welding bars, which achieves a constant welding period with variable speed.

This drive is suitable for contouring, welding bar, and filling plant applications amongst others.

Our Repair Process

Any products sent for repair at AFi Systems come with a 2-year warranty to ensure you can be confident in your product upon its return. We will thoroughly service your 9300 Servo controller, ensuring it is bench tested and confirmed operational. Any components subject to degradation over time such as fans and electrolytic capacitors will be replaced to ensure a greater lifespan for your servo drive.
