The Danfoss / Vacon VLT® MCD600 drive comes packed with functionality and possibilities to bring any machine control to a completely new level. The compact size is more flexible than ever to install, thanks to a wide variety of Ethernet and serial-based communication option cards, application-dedicated smart cards and support for eight languages. An integrated bypass ensures both extremely high efficiency and harmonic-free operation at full speed, reducing energy consumed and required cooling capacity. Ease of use is in focus with features such as the pump-clean function, Power-Through operation, and calendar or run time-based scheduling. More extensive motor and starter protections ensure more uptime.

This prepackaged, combination soft starter includes a built-in circuit breaker and bypass contactor in a compact, NEMA 12 or NEMA 3R enclosure. Door mounted operators & pilot devices are standard, including an easy-to-use HMI/keypad with graphical display and quick setup menus. The MCD 600 offers the latest in soft start motor control and protection for superior performance in fixed-speed applications. The HMI/keypad has a graphical, multi-line display with real-time graphing of motor operating performance. An extensive event log (up to 348 individual events recorded) and dynamic QR code onscreen display provide all the data you need, when you need it. Standard and heavy-duty models are available to meet your specific application needs. Optional communication cards enable network connections and the USB port allows straightforward upload, download and storage of starter performance information are also available.

The VLT® AQUA Drive the perfect match for Industrial VT applications including fans, pumps, blowers, and compressors. It is a direct replacement for the FC 322. Available in a wide range of industrial enclosures from protected chassis to IP 66 (NEMA 4 X Indoor).
